The battle of the mind is the scariest but the most rewarding. Walk away from anything, but never walk away from fighting the mind. It is the smartest piece of living tissue in the universe. This is also the loneliest battle and when you think it isn't, that is your mind trampling all over you. Ultimately, the goal is to lose the mind. But by defeating it, making it beg you for mercy. Don't run away. Be scared if you must, but don't run. There's no place you can run and hide. So don't even think about it.
